About Us

EQP is an advisory firm focused on governance and performance in third party management, working across the full life cycle of relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers.

Our journey began with the need to turn contracts into real management instruments and evolved into a comprehensive third party governance model that connects contracts, risk, compliance, operational performance, and decision making.

Unlike traditional approaches, which are usually limited to document management or isolated controls, EQP works where risks, inefficiencies, and losses actually materialize: in contract execution and in the practical day to day management of third parties.

We combine contract depth, operational discipline, and strategic judgment to help organizations build and sustain third party governance models that improve predictability, reduce operational, legal, and financial risk, and raise business performance at scale.

Our purpose is to promote solid, responsible management based on process continuity, raising our clients' performance and strengthening business sustainability.

Our Evolution Journey

2006, EQP's Origin

It all began with a request from a major mining company: we structured and deployed our first Contract Management Office in an environment of high operational complexity and significant risk exposure. That was the starting point of our technical specialization.

2010, Consolidation of the Proprietary Methodology

Based on practical experience and field results, we developed our proprietary contract management methodology, validated in real operations and designed to work in the operational routine.

2012, First International Engagements

We began working in different regulatory and operational contexts, proving the applicability of our management models across multiple geographies and nationalities.

2014, Technology Support for Management Models

We incorporated technology support layers into the models we implemented, expanding control, traceability, and operational consistency, always with a focus on governance, not software.

2017, Expansion into Third Party Governance

We expanded our work beyond contracts, structuring complete solutions for governance, compliance, and risk management associated with third parties. This movement consolidated the foundation of EQP's current positioning.

2019, Operational Scale and Specialized BPO

We expanded our direct execution capacity and began offering specialized BPO in contract management, procurement, documentation, and third party mobilization, supporting clients that need scale with control, flexibility, and expertise.

2020 to 2022, Continuous Vendor Document Management

We incorporated continuous third party monitoring and document control models, integrating structured risk mitigation programs into critical processes and operations with intensive outsourced labor.

2023, EQP Brand Repositioning

We rebranded EQP, consolidating our position as a consulting firm specialized in third party management governance and performance, supported by deep contract expertise and an expanding international presence.

2024 to 2025, Strengthening Global Operations

We continue to evolve our third party governance models with a focus on scale, consistency, and sustainability, supporting organizations operating in complex and diverse regulatory environments around the world.

What sets us apart:

Governance Connected to Execution

EQP structures third party governance models that work in day to day operations, ensuring contracts, controls, and processes move off the page and generate real results.

Integrated View of Third Party Management

We connect contracts, vendors, processes, and risks into a single governance model, ensuring consistency between strategy, operations, and control.

Technical Depth with Practical Application

We combine solid technical foundations, especially in contracts, with direct experience in complex operations where management must perform in practice, not just in design.

Sustaining Results Over Time

More than implementing, we structure third party management models that remain effective even when context, people, or organizational structure changes.

Proprietary Methodology Adapted to the Client's Reality

Our methods are structured but flexible. We adapt implementation to each client's maturity, culture, and operating model, avoiding rigid solutions and accelerating value capture.

Proven Experience in Highly Complex Environments

We work in large, critical, highly regulated operations where failures in third party management directly affect cost, risk, and operational continuity.
